The purpose of this website is to keep the local neighborhood informed and up-to-date with the latest announcements relating to the construction of the Fitzroy Place development. We will also be publishing up to date construction imagery and answering frequently asked questions.
Fitzroy Place is a collection of beautiful new homes, combined with contemporary office space, all arranged around a stunning landscaped square in the heart of Fitzrovia, an area which has long been one of central London’s most cherished neighbourhoods. Not simply for its perfect location — it’s just 5 minutes walk to Oxford Street and Regent Street — but also for its rich cultural history and creative spirit.
The construction of Fitzroy Place is now nearing completion. Excavation work started in December 2011 with Sir Robert McAlpine appointed as main contractor in July 2012. The offices were complete in December 2014 and the remainder of the development is to be completed by the end of 2015.
