The One & The Many arrives at Fitzroy Place

Crane returns for final lifts. Pavement works complete to Nassau Street. Lift commissioning to Blocks 6 & 7. Landscaping works continue across the remaining podium area. Waterproofing and hard landscaping continue across the rear of the internal courtyard.

Internally, fit out works continue to residential areas with the installation of kitchen units, fitted furniture, stone flooring and wall tiles along with sanitary ware. Electrical and plumbing installation works are also on-going across all residential blocks.

Final crane lifts planned this month

In June, external works will concentrate on the completion of the carriageway upgrade to the roads around the project, particularly to Mortimer St. Deliveries and collections in Cleveland St will be managed by the traffic marshalls;
the security office on Riding House St will continue to accept delivery of smaller parcels.

Waterproofing and hard landscaping continue across the rear of the internal courtyard.

Thames water deep drainage works at the junction of Nassau St and Riding House St. Water proofing and landscaping works continue to the podium and around the chapel.

Planting enhancing new commercial buildings

Externally, scaffolding removal is now complete. All of the hoardings have now been removed. Cladding / glazing and balustrade installation works continue across the site.

Waterproofing and hard landscaping continue across the rear of the internal courtyard, with landscaping works complete to the new hoarding line, to the rear of Office Block 2.

Internally, partitioning works continue to residential areas with the installation of kitchen units, fitted furniture, stone flooring and wall tiles along with sanitary ware.

Electrical and plumbing installation works are also on-going across all residential blocks.

All commercial units have been handed over.

Site hoarding moves back as walkway between office buildings revealed

The hoarding will be removed from No.10 Mortimer St and the scaffolding will be removed from the Riding House St façade. Waterproofing and landscaping works will continue to the podium and around the chapel.
